Deliciously smooth and rich, our Vintage Bruton Beauty is a creamy Somerset cheddar covered in Godminster’s iconic burgundy wax. The cheddar is made to a traditional 90-year-old recipe and matured for up to 12 months. At that point, they select the very best cheese to be made into one of our legendary truckles. It has a rich depth of flavour with a wonderfully smooth texture.
