This little cheese is packed with flavour, with a creamy fudge like texture with delicate, slight tangy flavour. Although being a goats cheese the milk only has a subtle milk taste that isn't overpowering.
Comes from the regions of Perigord and Quercy, with the name being derived from the village of Rocamadour.
